1. Sometimes the price of some products is not updated in website in case of such condition customer orders a product, he/she have to pay the Additional Payment to ship their product.
  2. In case the customer wants to come and buy the product personally direct from DRM online store, he/she have to follow the procedure of ordering online and even shipping charges is included in personal pick up.
  3. In case customers material is miss-placed by courier company and customer didn’t receive within 2 weeks, DRM – Online Store will process for 100% Refund.
