RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Buyer shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, booked on the Website, by placing a “Cancel Order” request, by logging a call with Support/Contact Us/Phone/WhatsApp or by E-mail.
- If customer wants to cancel the order before shipment, 100% refund will be made to the original mode of payment without any deduction.
- Once order shipped then refund will be made only after the return of shipment. Buyer is advised to refuse to accept the delivery. 100% refund will be made to the original mode of payment without any deduction after order return.
- If we failed to Dispatch the product within 2 business days, and if customer asks for refund, 100% refund will be made to the original mode of payment without any deduction.
- Any Product purchased can be returned only if the Product supplied is seal pack, if your mind changes or the Product received is different from the Product or the product received in not working that was ordered.
- The buyer shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
- If the product supplied is not working, then buyer is entitled for the replacement of product free of cost within a week time from the date of delivery.
- We will arrange the free return shipment by our logistics partners but in that case, you are requested to send such products in original & proper packing manner to avoid damage during transit.
- Product’s warranty will be provided by manufacturer’s service center, though we’ll help you to find your nearest service center.
- We will process the refund after receipt of the product.
- Refund will be processed based to the original mode of payment and will reflect in the next 3-5 Business days your Credit Card/Debit Card/Bank Statement etc.
